How are the flowers packaged?
All gifts arrive beautifully presented for maximum impact on arrival with your personal message displayed on an attractive greeting card.
- Florist delivered gifts will be wrapped in beautiful Interflora wrap and pretty ribbon, and presented in a smart Interflora gift bag.
- Courier delivered flowers will be wrapped in beautiful wrap with a pretty ribbon and delivered in a stylish Interflora gift box. The impact of the flowers can be seen as soon as the box is opened.
Our hand-tied bouquets are all delivered in a water bubble to keep the flowers fresh.
Can I include a personal message?
Yes - you can add your own message during the checkout. Your message will be handwritten on a stylish card.
What are Added Extras?
Many of our floral products have the option of adding an extra gift to your order such as fine chocolates, champagne and wine, teddy bears and balloons. Available gifts will be shown on the product page.

Can I amend an order?

Can I use a promotional code?
If you have a valid promotional code, you can use it during the checkout when prompted. If valid, the discount will then be applied. For full terms of promotional codes please see our Terms and Conditions.
What payment methods do you accept?
Please note a £1.00 charge is applicable for credit card and PayPal transactions.
Has my order been successful?
Once you have successfully placed an order you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive one, please contact us and we’ll be able to help.
Can I place an order for a funeral?
We understand that placing an order at such a difficult time is not easy so we've included some guidance which may help you:
- We recommend allowing two working days prior to delivery.
- Please include any detail within the delivery instructions box such as the required time of delivery.
- Please include the name of the deceased and the contact details of who will be accepting the delivery, for example the Funeral Director.
- International funeral flowers are available in over 140 countries. Please take into consideration time differences.
Can I choose a delivery date in the future?
Yes - during the checkout you will be able to choose which day you would like your order delivered. You will be shown the available delivery days and then the price once you've made your selection.
Can I collect my flowers from the florist?
Many of our flowers are available to be collected from your local florist subject to availability, just look for products marked with Click and Collect Available. You will have the option to choose collection during the checkout.
How will I know when my order has been delivered?
You can track the status of your order here.
What time do I have to order by for same day delivery?
If you want your order delivered the same day you must place your order by 3pm (available Monday to Saturday). This service may not be available in all areas. If available, you will be given the option during the checkout.
What happens if the recipient is not home?
If no one is home your gift will either be left with a neighbour or in a safe place. Alternatively your gift may be returned to the florist. Your recipient will be left a card advising them what to do next such as arranging another time to deliver.
Can you deliver to hospitals?
Yes - we can deliver to hospitals but we recommend you check with the hospital first as some will not take flower deliveries. Be sure to include the ward name or number in the delivery instructions box.
Can I send flowers internationally?
Yes – visit our international section and select the country you would like your gift delivered to.
